1st Responder 8-Hour Online Training Mod on ‘De-Escalation and Intervention

Intervention 911 is proud to announce the launch of our online 8-hour course just for First Responders. The course curriculum is curated to teach First Responders de-escalation and intervention skills that can be utilized on calls to help more people instead of relying on traditional techniques that no longer work. This training includes topics like PTSD/trauma, intervening on fellow First Responders who are struggling, intervening more effectively on calls involving psychiatric issues/substance abuse, and so much more!
