Objective: Create a dynamic recovery program engaging an addict and her family in services facilitating long term recovery. Services are individualized and fully confidential, catered to increase chances of robust recovery and equalize the “say/do” ratio that has been problematic in the past.

Addiction didn’t grow in a vacuum; we know it to be a family disease! Thus the Stages of Change Model addresses the process that each family member will experience in order to facilitate growth for all. The 5 Year Recovery Model is designed to stave off unnecessary years of suffering and self-destruction. Intervention and case management can deftly bypass the blame game and debate, offering the individual support to make strides, go through set-backs, and grow through them and change in the process of recovery.

Why the difference in pricing?

Case Management is most effective and efficient when engaged and applied during treatment stay: providing a seamless transition. If the case manager begins at the end of treatment or after treatment, the time it takes to build the case quadruples. The timeline of twelve months officially begins on the last day of treatment giving the person in recovery the full effect of our services past the one year mark of sobriety. Relapse is so common for addicts after treatment that insurance companies use it as a prognostic measurement for addiction. We find that unacceptable, and research shows it is possible to avoid.

Tough Love

Tough love isn’t so much about being tough with the one you love, it’s about making the tough choices with love. Extensive work with the family members is what makes the Intervention 911 case management program stand apart from just a monitoring program. Case management effectively changes the roles within the family system by taking loved ones out of the “enforcement role,” establishing clear guidelines for a program of recovery, clearing up all the gray area that addiction relies on to survive. An i911 Case Manager will take the guesswork out of decision-making during that critical first year of sobriety. Rebuild your relationship based on facts, testing, accountability, 3rd party verification and results rather than those waves of doubt, worry and frustration that are so common before long-term recovery settles in. Our framework to assist clients and loved ones with ongoing needs promotes accountability and transparency within relationships. Break free of codependent cycles that prevent true intimacy and relationship growth.

Post Treatment Care

Recommendations for post treatment continuing care plan: random urine drug screening; hair, blood and nail testing also available; internet activity monitoring to signal filter and report relapse with problem gambling, porn, or excessive gaming and social networking.

The case manager serves as liaison between client, family and external support network – or “Home Team.” This avoids isolation and destructive self-reliance while providing ongoing evaluation of client’s engagement in recovery services, step work, service work, commitments, etc.

After Sober Living

Sober living treatment is coming to an end… now what? Deciding which steps to take next and where to go can be daunting. In order to succeed after treatment, recovery must become a way of life rather than a fleeting goal. This is one of the most profound decision points anyone recovering from addiction can be faced with. The road to sobriety is littered with failed attempts and broken promises. All too often, the good intentions of treatment give way to the realities of day-to-day living. We know. We’ve been there. At Ken Seeley Communities, we are committed not only to help you change, but to give you the surroundings, tools, direction and motivation to ensure a successful and long-lasting transformation. We provide our guests the environment to put old habits behind them and begin the process of living life to its fullest extent.

Leading By Example

We lead by example. Our team of compassionate professionals is focused on one thing: your ultimate achievement of a meaningful, rewarding sober life. We offer gender-specific sober living programs that offer clients new in recovery the necessary support and structure to re-enter the world and transition safely into their new sober lifestyle. Rooms range in amenities, size and privacy; pricing is from $800 to $5600 monthly. Our life skills programs serve as a vital support component for residents in early recovery in the development of independent living skills to ensure successful community integration and strengthen achievable long term recovery. Many parents, family members and clients may have unreasonable expectations as to how much time it takes to both identify & reach identified goals. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and quality recovery is not an accident; we are intentional with our delivery of services and our clients can see the difference.

Life Skills Coaching

Our life skills coaches help guests define develop and achieve goals that can propel them to a fuller, richer life. They help find effective, meaningful ways of creating the structure needed to fill in the voids left by their addiction and motivate them beyond the status quo of “just staying clean and sober.” Our coaches network with other case managers, counselors, parents and therapists as needed to ensure continuity of appropriate services and needs. Each of our life skills coaches have different points of expertise and skill sets, so each guest may have two or three coaches addressing different areas of need as their program progresses. KSC has both the client and their supporters complete assessments to determine areas of focus.

Recovery Aid

For many addicts, relapse occurs within the first three days of leaving treatment or during transfers of care when “no one is watching”. The work of a recovery aide is to provide sound experience, strength and hope to the newly sober client and navigate the triggers, cravings and urges that invariably come. They serve as personal escort and recovery coach during all waking hours of the client’s first 72 hours post-treatment. This service can be utilized during any difficult period or transition of care, such as funerals, family weddings, holidays, court appearances, etc. Provides crucial support for addicts being confronted with the overwhelming initial triggers of society; money, cell phones, relationships, freedom, and the drastic changes brought by their transition.

Recovery Management Intensive

Also referred to as “In-Home Treatment”, this service provides a client a full complement of recovery care. This is often utilized as a supplement to an aftercare program, as extra support during sober living or in lieu of traditional treatment when a client is unable to attend. This program is uniquely crafted for each client’s individual recovery needs
