North is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and offers corporations and businesses consultation services specializing on issues of addiction in the workplace. She also offers workshops and seminars throughout Southern California on issues of Addiction treatment, Interventions, and family recovery.

Interventions are the most rewarding work I do. Bringing a family together in the midst of tragedy and heartbreak, and witnessing the miracle of recovery for the entire family unit is powerfully gratifying. The idea that someone should hit his or her own bottom is a death sentence in many cases. To intervene in a loved one's disease process before the end stage is a great act of love and courage. I feel privileged to be trusted with this responsibility to come into people's lives and offer an option to the powerlessness of their current experience of addiction.
